The Palestinian Genocide By Mark Taliano Global Research,

 The Palestinian Genocide

genocide in these terms:

In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:

Killing members of the group;

Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;

Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;

Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;

Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group. (1)

And now, a UN Independent Commission of Inquiry has established that Western-supported Zionists are indeed committing genocide against Palestinians by satisfying not just one but four of the criterion in what is now appropriately named the Palestinian Genocide.

Former UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine refugees in the near east (UNRWA) chief spokesperson Chris Gunness details the findings of the Report in the video below.

Highlights of the Report include these genocidal acts:

  1. Killing members of the group

Israel has admitted that 83% of its victims are/were civilians (see 1:56 of video).

  1. Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group

According to the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), as of July        30, 2025, Palestine has the largest cohort of amputated children in modern history, and Zionists have damaged or destroyed 94% of Gaza’s hospitals.

In June 2024, UNICEF reported that about 1.2 million children in Gaza need mental health support.

  1. Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part

Israel has imposed a total siege on Gaza. It has destroyed 70% of civilian infrastructure. It has engaged in ecocide by destroying most of its farmland.  Only 1.5% of its agricultural land remains undamaged.  “Ecocide goes hand in hand with genocide”. One quarter of Gaza’s 2.3 million population is suffering from famine, and one in three children is acutely malnourished. Israel has destroyed 85% of Gaza’s clean water facilities, and diseases are rampart.  Both health and food supplies are deliberately being intercepted and unacceptably restricted.  As Gazans starve, trucks full of food and supplies are sitting idle on the other side of the fence.

  1. Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group.

In its criminal attacks against hospitals, Israel has also directly attacked maternity wards, thus accelerating the mass murder and depopulation of Palestine.

An obscenity inherent in the Palestinian Genocide is that complicit countries, especially the U.S., will now commercialize it for profit. The Orwellian-named Gaza Board of Peace is, according to international lawyer and former Senior UN Human Rights official, Craig Mokhiber,

an extension of the occupation, and is led by one of the genocide co-perpetrators with the authoritative participation of the other. Any state or individual that participates in this unlawful body is complicit in the grave international crimes of the U.S.-Israel Axis, for which they could and should be held accountable. (2)

US/Israeli impunity in the face of international law has enabled this genocide in the first place. Signs of the resurrection of international law enforcement mechanisms are few and far between.
