AMS CALLING FOR REAL CHANGE TO RID IRAQ OF THE BRUTALITY OF THE RULING GANGS
The Association of Muslim Scholars; called on the whole world to work for a real change to rid Iraq and its people from the oppression of the gangs that imposed by the United States and Iran policies within their destructive projects.
This appeal came in a press statement issued by the Culture and Information Section at the Association Sunday evening, against the backdrop of the death of Sheikh Dr. (Sabri Salih Shahatha al-Mraawi) imam and preacher of "Jabbar Mosque" in al-Khadra area western the capital Baghdad; due to excessive brutal torture and health neglect which he had been treated with in Central Prison in Kazimiyah.
The Association noted that the so-called "Forces of Order" had arrested Sheikh (al-Mraawi) years ago during a raid on the mosque mentioned, also two of his bodyguards were arrested .. Stressing that this heinous crime comes in the context of the sectarian extermination and barbarism policies pursued by the occupation's governments against the sons of Iraq.
Whereas the Association of Muslim Scholars has blamed the Abadi government full responsibility for this crime, renewed its claim to the whole world; to make real change that preserves the blood of innocent people and safeguard their dignity and save them from the ruling gangs that imposed by the America and Iran policies and their destructive projects in Iraq.
