At least 11 people were killed and 34 others were injured as a result of a car bomb in the area (Shaab) northeast the capital Baghdad.

Two people were killed and nine others injured when an adhesive bomb exploded in a bus Monday morning near the Jihad Mosque in the area (Shaab) also.

One person was killed and seven others were wounded in a roadside bomb near a popular restaurant in the Sadr city east of the capital Baghdad.

In a third blast the capital witnessed today, two people were killed and eight others wounded in a bomb near a popular market in the district Mahmudiya south of Baghdad.

Injured 21 civilians, including women and children, most of them seriously wounded due to continuous government bombardment targeted a number of residential neighborhoods in Fallujah, the largest city in Anbar province.

Two elements of the government army was killed and four others were injured as a result of a car bomb driven by a person detonated after storming their point security near the border crossing (Trebil) far-west of Anbar province.

A force of the so-called Popular Mobilization has kidnapped Sheikh Ahmed Mohammed Kazem, Sheikh of Albu Shaman Hosseinieh in Iraq, and his brother Sheikh (Hassan) after storming his house in the district (Samarra) south of the city of Tikrit, Salahuddin province.

No less than 18 members of the so-called Popular Mobilization were injured as a result of armed clashes in the Ishaqi of the (Balad) south of the city of Tikrit, Salahuddin province.

Two civilians were killed when an armed attack targeted them in the area (al-Souq) of the (Muqdadiyah) north-east of the city of Baquba, Diyala province.
