A car bomb targeted building of Shiite Awqaf Diwan in Bab al-Muazzam area at the centre of Baghdad resulting in dead of at least 20 people and 116 injured.
According to the sources, wounded people were transfered to the nearby hospitals while there are reports indicating escalation of deads due to critical wounds.
