Tribes revolutionaries liberated Audhaim District yesterday

As in Tel Afer, the media will show the bodies of civilians in the streets, call them ISIS civilian victims. I am sure that their were innocent civilian victims who got caught in the middle of these armed clashes.

Maliki's militias in Tel Afer Airport change their official outfit to civilian's to be able to run away from further fighting

In Audhaim District in Diyala there were very fierce fightings between the revolutionaries and Maliki's militias who were in civilian outfits. The Tribes revolutionaries liberated Audhaim District yesterday after the surrender of the official army.  The revolutionaries usually negotiate with the army leaders before the real attack to save their soldiers lives, because this battle is not against them. They give them promise of their safety and lives and that they will  release all army personnel who surrender to go to their families and tribes. Some of the soldiers stay as hosts  with Shaikhs of large tribes in the surrounding areas. This is an official refuge till they get them back to their home town tribes. This process helps decreasing the casualties from both sides and proved that this whole revolution is not about sectarianism or political revenges and that the professional leaders know wars rules.
The problems in Audhaim District and whole Diyalah governorate ( with long borders with Iran) are with the Iranian and Maliki's sectarian militias. Most of those don't usually surrender. They keep fighting or run away to other close by cities. As in Tel Afer, the media will show the bodies of civilians in the streets, call them ISIS civilian victims. I am sure that their were innocent civilian victims who got caught in the middle of these armed clashes.
In Diyalah, those bodies are the unsurrendered Iranian and Sectarian Maliki militias, and probably  some of the tribes revolutionaries also. Liberating Baquba center city of Diyalah will be a mess. The Iranian will not give it up easily. They have been force migrating Diyalah residents for 11 years and buying their properties. They will not give up Diyalah easily because that means Baghdad is surrounded from all sides.
